YELLOW SQUASH RELISH 
10 c. chopped squash
5 c. chopped onions
2 bell peppers
2 sm. jars pimentos
1/3 c. salt
5 c. sugar
3 c. vinegar
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. nutmeg

Put the first 5 ingredients in enough water to cover and let set in the salt water overnight.

Heat sugar, vinegar, white pepper, celery seed, turmeric and nutmeg in saucepan. Pour hot mixture over drained squash mixture and simmer 15 minutes. Pack in jars and water bath 5 minutes.
