MUSHROOM MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground round
3 beaten eggs
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. grated onions
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
Pepper
2 cans mushroom soup

Mix 2 cans soup with water, add 4 tablespoons or more to meat mixture and form into meatballs. Brown in 2 tablespoons oil. (Spoon out excess oil and grease before adding soup.) Cover with remaining soup and simmer 1/2 to 1 hour or longer if preferred.
