HEATH BAR PIE 
CRUST:

1 c. rolled oats (toast in 350 deg. oven 10 min.)
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix and press into 9 inch deep glass pan. Chill.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 egg yolks, beaten
3 egg whites, beaten until stiff peaks
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Room temperature, cold bowl and beaters.

1. Beat cream cheese with sugar.

2. Add vanilla and egg yolks.

3. Fold in beaten egg whites.

4. Fold in whipped cream.

5. Fold in 7 Skors bars, chopped up.

Save 1/4 cup Skors crushed to put on top. Some filling will be left over.
