HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. sherry
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. honey
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 pkg. frozen pea pods
1 lg. onion
1 clove garlic

Cut chicken in serving pieces, arrange in layer in baking dish. Mix water, sherry, soy sauce, honey and salt in a bowl, pour over chicken, coat each piece, marinate in refrigerator, a few hours overnight. Two hour before serving, let stand at room temperature. Drain and reserve marinade. Arrange chicken skin side up in baking dish, brush with marinade generously. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done. Baste every 20 minutes, using remaining marinade if pan becomes dry. Saute' chopped onion and minced garlic, stir fry pea pods. Arrange chafing dish with chicken in center, vegetables around. Light candle, cover for 3 minutes and serve.
