GINGERED CHICKEN WINGS 
3 1/2 lbs. chicken wings
1/2 c. Tamari sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. ground fresh ginger
1 tbsp. oil
Pepper to taste

Toss the wings with oil and 1/4 cup of the Tamari sauce. Grate ginger and combine with remaining Tamari. Heat grill or broiler. Cook until well browned, about 15 minutes. Toss with the ginger mixture and pepper. Serves 4-6.
