BROCCOLI BALLS 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 med. onion, chopped fine
4 whole eggs, beaten
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing

Cook broccoli according to directions. Drain until dry. Mix everything together; let stand in refrigerator until cool, about 1 1/2 hours. Form into balls. Bake on lightly greased pan at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Eat hot or cold.
