POLSKA 
1 ring polska kielbasa sausage
1 head chopped cabbage
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. extra wide egg noodles

Slice sausage into 1/2 to 1 inch rounds. Cook over medium heat in frying pan while preparing other ingredients. In Dutch oven (we use a wok), cook down cabbage in butter and sugar over medium high heat 20 to 30 minutes. Prepare egg noodles as package directs. When cabbage is tender. Pour grease off sausage, drain noodles. Mix sausage and noodles into cabbage and serve.
