FILLET OF SOLE IN ALMOND BUTTER 
1/3 c. slivered or sliced almonds
1/3 c. butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. white wine or sherry
1/2 tsp. dill weed or seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. fresh or frozen sole or other fish fillet, thawed

Place almonds and butter in baking dish. Cover with wax paper. Microwave for 5 to 6 minutes on high until almonds are golden brown. Stir in all other ingredients, except fish. Place fish in dish and spoon sauce over fillet; cover with plastic wrap or lid. Microwave 4 to 5 minutes on high. Leave covered until ready to serve. Serves 3 to 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
