GOOD PIE CRUST 
1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Crisco
3 tbsp. very cold water

Sift flour, add Crisco and salt, cut in Crisco with pastry blender or two knives until flakey. Add water and mix to form dough. When rolling, only roll 1 side, and don't overwork dough or it will be stiff. Makes 1 crust.
