PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 (20 oz.) cans chunk or tidbit pineapple, drained; reserve liquid
1 c. sugar, mixed with 5 tbsp. flour
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
1 stack Ritz crackers, crumbled

Place pineapple in casserole dish, sprinkle sugar and flour, then cheese over it. Pour 1/3 cup pineapple juice over this. Make topping of cracker crumbs and dot the butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Good accompaniment for any meat. 4-6 servings.
