ANNE'S CRUSTLESS QUICHE 
1/2 lb. Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, grated
4 eggs, beaten
1 (12 oz.) jar quartered & marinated artichoke hearts, well drained & chopped fine (reserve marinade)
6 green onions, diced
6 Uneeda biscuits
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 clove garlic, minced
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1/8 tsp. oregano
Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all the ingredients and turn mixture into an 8 x 8 inch pan greased with reserved marinade. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Cool in pan and cut into small squares. Reheat at 325 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, if desired.
