HEATH BAR BRICKLE COOKIES 
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter or half & half
1 c. oil
1 tsp. almond extract
2 eggs
4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1-2 c. nuts
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Heath bar brickle bits

Cream butter, sugar, oil and almond extract. Mix with dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in nuts and brickle bits. Form into balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until lightly brown. Makes 100.
