SINFUL POTATOES 
1/2 lb. bacon
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 c. mayonnaise

Cook bacon until crisp. Drain well and crumble into small pieces. Slightly defrost potatoes, 15 minutes.

In heavy saucepan on low heat, melt cheese. Combine cheese, mayonnaise and potatoes in a large bowl. Transfer mix into well-greased shallow baking pan. Sprinkle bacon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes (1 hour, if frozen). Can be frozen if made ahead.
