CHICKEN IN A PAPER SACK 
1 whole chicken (4 1/2 lbs.)
1 lemon or orange
Rosemary
Salt & pepper
A little garlic

Salt and pepper the chicken. Add a little garlic. Put rosemary inside each leg. Put orange or lemon inside chicken. Place in plain paper sack. Put chicken in a cooking dish and place dish inside sack. Fold sack and put sack inside another pan. Cook 1 hour at 450 degrees then cook 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cook 2 hours in all.
