CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
8 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 thick slices of ham
1 c. white wine
1 sm. bag mixed cheeses (Mozzarella and cheddar)
1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper
Sliced Mozzarella cheese

Cut breasts open. Stuff with sliced Mozzarella and ham and place in dish. Mix cream of mushroom soup and wine. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheeses, salt, pepper and water. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until done and serve.
