1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter

Combine and pack into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt, optional

Mix together and spread over baked mixture. Sprinkle with 1 package (6 ounce) chocolate chips and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Bake 25 minutes more.
