SEAFOOD LASAGNA 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked & drained
2 tbsp. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. basil
Salt & pepper to taste
2 cans (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. dry white wine
1 lb. cooked & cleaned shrimp
1 lb. crab meat
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Saute onions in butter. Combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, egg and basil. Add onion, salt and pepper to taste. Line lasagna pan with layer of noodles. Layer with 1/2 cottage cheese mixture and spread 1 can cream of mushroom soup over this.

Combine milk, wine, shrimp and crab meat. Spread 1/2 seafood mixture over soup layer. Repeat layers. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Add remaining cheeses to top and bake 2 to 3 minutes more. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Makes 8 to 10 generous servings.
