BABY FOOD CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cold water
1 egg
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. chopped nuts
1 (4 3/4 oz.) jar plum baby food
1/3 c. seedless raisins

Sift first 3 ingredients into a bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Turn into a greased and floured 9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes. Turn onto rack to cool. Frost with Plum Baby Food Frosting.

Mix 1/4 cup butter, 2 cups confectioners' sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and enough baby food from second jar to make right consistency for spreading. Blend all ingredients well.

Double this recipe to put into a tube pan.
