CANNELLONI BELLISIMO 
SAUCE:

5 c. whipping cream
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese

FILLING:

2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked
1/3 c. chopped green onion
1 c. chopped mushrooms
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute green onions and mushrooms in 2 tablespoons butter until tender; add cubed chicken and spinach and 1/2 cup sauce. Fill cooked shells and pour remaining sauce on top. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
