CAESAR SALAD 
1/2 head lettuce
Endive
Bibb lettuce
1 c. croutons
Tomatoes, diced
1 can anchovies, diced

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
3 cloves garlic
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 egg, beaten

Combine salad ingredients and put in refrigerator to chill.

Combine dressing ingredients in a jar with tight fitting lid and shake vigorously. Chill. combine with salad 10 minutes before serving.
