APPLE TURNOVER - LITE SIDE 
2 slices diet bread, crusts removed
1 apple, peeled and sliced
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 pkg. Sweet 'N Low

Roll bread slices thin with rolling pin. Combine remaining ingredients and cook over low heat in covered saucepan until apples are tender. Place apple mixture on each slice of bread and fold bread over diagonally to form a triangle.

Moisten edges of bread with water and press sides of each turnover together fork. Bake at 425 degrees for about 7 minutes or until brown.
