SPINACH QUICHE 
1 unbaked pie shell
Sliced Swiss cheese
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 (10 oz.) box Stouffer's Spinach Souffle (thawed)
1 sm. onion, chopped

Preheat oven 350 degrees.

Line pie shell with slies of Swiss cheese. To the thawed spinach, add mushrooms, onion and shredded cheese. Bake about 1 hour or until knife comes out clean. If a deep dish is used double recipe and bake 2 hours.
