CANDY MINTS 
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. flavoring (mint, etc.)
Food coloring

Mix as for pie dough. Dip small amounts into sugar first, press into candy molds. Store the portion not using in refrigerator to keep firm. Cover, dries out fast.
