HAM BALLS OR LOAVES 
2 lb. ground ham
2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix all together. Make into balls or loaves. Pour following mixture over meat and baste occasionally:

2 c. tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

This makes a very large amount; after shaping the meatballs they can be frozen for future use.
