OATMEAL FUDGE BARS 
2 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
3 c. quick cooking oats
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts; optional
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix brown sugar, 3/4 cup butter, eggs and vanilla. Stir in Bisquick and oats. Heat chocolate chips, milk and 2 tablespoons butter and salt in microwave until melted. Stir in nuts and vanilla.

Press about 2/3 of the oatmeal mixture in greased jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 2 inches. Spread chocolate mixture over oatmeal layer. Drop remaining mixture by tablespoon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
