BAKED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. finely diced celery
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
Wesson vegetable oil
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Brown in hot oil in skillet. Place in shallow oiled baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chops. Cover and bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees 1 hour or until chops are tender.
