TEX MEX CHICKEN 
1 pkg. taco chips
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can each cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup
Rotel tomatoes, chopped
1 bell pepper, diced
1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken, cooked and boned (chicken may be prepared in crockpot)
1/2 lb. of shredded Cheddar cheese
Spray pan with Pam

Put chips slightly crushed in casserole. Mix and add other ingredients. Cook at 375 degrees for one hour. Add cheese when almost done.
