PUNCHY PICO 
4 Roma tomatoes, diced
1 bunch o' cilantro, chopped
1 medium yellow onion, diced
1 lime (to squeeze)
seasoned salt (Lawry's)
freshly ground pepper
garlic salt
1 fresh jalapeno, chopped (optional)

Put your tomato, cilantro and onion into a cute party bowl. Squeeze your lime on it, then sprinkle a little seasoned salt, garlic salt and grind some fresh pepper on it. Now cover that and let it sit in the refrigerator for a few and in 15 minutes you will have the freshest Pico this side of the border!

Note: If you want it hot, add the jalapeno, chopped real fine.

Serve with chips, burritos, tacos or pretty much anything that calls for "salsa".
