BANANA PINEAPPLE YOGURT | |
2 (8 oz.) cartons low-fat vanilla yogurt 2 (8 oz.) cartons low-fat pineapple yogurt 1 c. mashed bananas 2 tbsp. banana flavoring 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg 1/4 tsp. ground ginger 1 tbsp. plus 2 1/2 tsp. unsweetened grated coconut, toasted Place all ingredients except coconut in a large bowl, stirring well to combine. Pour yogurt mixture into freezer can of electric freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Serve in individual dessert dishes and top with toasted coconut. |
