CHEESE PUDDING 
9 slices white bread in small pieces
1 stick butter, melted
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. red pepper
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 tbsp. mustard
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Soak bread in butter. Add grated cheese, milk, pepper, salt, mustard and egg yolks. Mix together. Fold in egg whites into mixture. Pour into buttered dish. Chill 12 to 24 hours.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until brown.
