BAKED CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked chicken (meat from 3 lb. chicken)
1 can cream of celery soup
3 c. finely crushed potato chips
1 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Swiss cheese

Combine all ingredients in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 6.
