BISCUIT MIX 
8 c. flour
1 1/2 c. non-fat dry milk
1/4 c. baking powder
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. shortening

Mix together dry ingredients; cut in shortening until mixture looks like meal. Store in a cool place.

To use: Mix with water to the proper consistency to make biscuits, pancakes, dumplings, etc. May be used in place of "Bisquick" mix in any recipe.
