JAM CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 c. peach preserves
2 c. blackberry jam
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
4 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. buttermilk

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time, beating between. Add jam, preserves, raisins and nuts. Sift dry ingredients and add along with milk. Bake in tube pan at 275 degrees for 3 hours. (Spray pan with Pam.)
