BROWN SUGAR SYRUP 
2 c. tightly packed brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. maple flavoring (I only used 1 tbsp.)

Place first three ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil uncovered for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add maple flavoring. Keep refrigerated.
