1 c. butter flavored Crisco
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate pieces
1 c. M & M's
1 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat first six ingredients until smooth. Add combined oats, flour, soda and salt. Mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
