PIZZA TURNOVERS 
1/4 c. sour cream
1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 c. catsup
Hungry Jack biscuits

Brown hamburger meat; drain. Combine sour cream, catsup with meat, mix together. Take each biscuit and roll out on floured surface.

Fill biscuit with meat (1 tablespoon) mixture, fold biscuit over, and seal with fork. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until brown.
