LEMONY LAYER BARS 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix (yellow may be used)
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 eggs
1 pkg. lemon pudding and pie filling (4 serving size)
1 can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 c. coconut
1 1/3 c. chopped nuts

In large mixing bowl, combine dry cake mix, butter and eggs. Stir with wooden spoon until dough holds together. Press in ungreased jelly roll pan or 9x13 baking pan.

Combine pudding mix and sweetened condensed milk; mix well. Spread over dough in pan. Sprinkle with coconut and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees 20-30 minutes until golden brown. Cool; cut into bars. Makes about 4 dozen.
