SALMON SALAD SHELLS 
14 jumbo macaroni shells
1 (15 oz.) can salmon, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. chopped green peppers
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 tsp. hot sauce
Leaf lettuce

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water; cover and chill. Combine next 9 ingredients, mix until blended; cover, chill. To serve, tear lettuce into small pieces. Line each macaroni shell with lettuce, spoon salmon mixture into shells.
