SHRIMP SPECIAL 
3 tsp. olive oil
3 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
2 1/2 tbsp. dry sherry
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper
3/4 lb. frozen shrimp, thawed
4 c. angel hair pasta, cooked

Heat oil in Wok until hot, add garlic, cook 30 seconds. Add pepper and shrimp. Stir while cooking 1 minute. Add sherry and boil 30 seconds. Sprinkle with parsley, season with lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper. Serve over pasta.
