ONION - BAKED PORK CHOPS 
8 pork chops
1 env. onion soup with chicken broth
2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine soup mix with bread crumbs; dip chops in eggs, then in bread crumb mixture, coating well. Place in lightly greased large shallow baking pan and drizzle with melted butter. Bake for 1 hour, turning once or until tender.
