ONION-PORK CHOPS 
4 onions
6 pork chops
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. chicken bouillon
1 c. sour cream
Hot cooked noodles

Cut onion into rings. Set aside and season with salt and pepper. Cover chops with flour. Brown chops in butter. Set chops aside and add onions and garlic to pan. Saute until tender, stir in bouillon. Add chops, cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Remove chops. Blend in sour cream. DO NOT BOIL. Pour over noodles and serve.
