CELERY STUFFED WITH SHRIMP
CHEESE
 
2 oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c. cottage cheese (sm. curd), drained
1 c. minced boiled shrimp
3/4 c. cocktail sauce
1/2 tsp. minced onion
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 bunch celery

Blend the cream and cottage cheese. Stir in the shrimp and seasonings. Cut celery into 2 inch pieces. Fill with shrimp mixture. Chill. Yield: About 40 servings.
