4 small containers, or one large container, of strawberry-banana yogurt
1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream
2 bananas, chopped
2 kiwis, chopped
1/2 quart of strawberries, chopped

Mix all ingredients together. Allow ice cream to melt some what. Serve immediately.

Both Narns and Centari love this dish. (Just not when they are in the same room.)
