EASY OVEN STEW 
2 lb. chuck, cut into cubes
1 c. celery, chopped
6 carrots, cut up
1 large onion, diced
4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. Minute Tapioca
salt, to taste

Do NOT brown the meat. Mix all ingredients in a large casserole dish. Cover tightly and bake at 250°F for 5 hours. Do not disturb while baking!
