CREME DE MENTHE CAKE | |
1 pkg. white cake mix 1 pkg. pistachio pudding 4 eggs 1/2 c. oil 3/4 c. water 2 tbsp. creme de menthe syrup Couple drops green coloring Mix together above ingredients for 2 minutes. Grease bundt pan well and put 2/3 batter in pan. To rest of batter add 1/2 cup Hershey syrup. Mix by hand and pour over batter in pan. Do not stir. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Frost with chocolate frosting. To make it special, serve with peppermint bon bon ice cream. |
