CHOCOLATE CHIP MANDEL BREAD 
5 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
1 lg. pkg. mini chocolate chips

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate several hours. Shape into 3 loaves and bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. When cool, slice and toast in warm oven until light brown.
