Brownies: 1/2 c. chopped nuts 2 c. sugar 1/3 c. cocoa 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour Pinch of salt 1 tsp. vanilla 2 sticks butter 4 eggs Melt 2 sticks butter. Add 1/3 cup cocoa; beat well. Beat 4 eggs and the sugar; add to cocoa and butter mixture. Mix in flour, salt, vanilla and nuts. Bake in greased 9 x 13 x 2 pan for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Spread marshmallows over hot brownies when done baking. Frosting: 1 bag miniature marshmallows 1 sm. box confectioner's sugar 1/3 c. milk 1/3 c. cocoa 1 tbsp. vanilla 1 stick butter Melt butter; add cocoa, confectioner's sugar, milk and vanilla. Mix well. Spread over brownies. |
