BEEF OR ELK STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. round steak
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can beef bouillon
1 c. sour cream
3 c. cooked noodles

Cut round steak into thin strips. Dust with flour. In large skillet, brown meat in fat. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic. Brown lightly. Stir in beef bouillon. Cover; cook 1 hour or until meat is tender; stir now and then. Gradually stir in sour cream; cook over low heat 5 minutes. Serve over cooked noodles. 4 servings.
