MARIE'S SALTED NUT ROLL BARS 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/3 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 of a 10 1/2 oz. bag mini marshmallows
2/3 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips
1 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. salted cocktail peanuts
2 c. Rice Krispies

Melt butter and mix butter, egg, and cake mix. Press evenly into 9"x13" pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not over bake. Cover evenly with mini marshmallows and return to oven until marshmallows are puffy.

Melt corn syrup, butter and peanut butter chips together. Remove from heat, add vanilla, peanuts and Rice Krispies. Spoon to cover marshmallows as evenly as possible. Can be refrigerated but should be cut and served at room temperature.
