SUGAR - FREE COOKIES 
1 egg
1 c. butter
1 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
1 c. dates, chopped
1 c. coconut, unsweetened
1 c. nuts, chopped

Cut butter in flour. Add egg and vanilla. Add raisins, dates, coconut and nuts. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Shape into walnut-size balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes.
